Fingerscosts Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are matched with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We also do not promise their availability, how fast they respond, or the quality or results of their work.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Remarks about efficiency are general and do not pledge any level of energy savings. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it in ways you are not allowed to.

Calls, Texts and Emails

By phoning in or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider you are matched with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@fingerscosts.living.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Fingerscosts Heating & Air or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fingerscosts Heating & Air is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered in its current form, with no warranties of any kind.
