Who We Are
Fingerscosts Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Kenner and the Kenner area with independent HVAC providers. That is the whole job. We are not a contractor, and we do not send out our own repair crews.
Why We Exist

How Providers Are Matched
You describe the problem by phone or through the request form. We pass the details to a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that type of work. Availability varies, so request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing is up to them.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a written quote before major work
- Respect your home, especially older houses with aging materials
- Handle licensing and permits that apply to their work
- Treat you fairly if the plan changes
What We Do Not Do
We do not repair, install or replace equipment. We do not set prices, and we do not promise a result. The agreement for the work is between you and the provider. We also do not give legal or insurance advice. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and ask the provider to help document the damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Providers may pay a referral fee when a homeowner is connected. Fingerscosts Heating & Air does not bill you for the referral. You are never obligated to hire anyone. If the estimate is not right, you can say no and move on.
